Wonderful garden, fantastic hosts
Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is run by a very welcoming family. The room we had was beautiful, with a beautiful view. The garden and the path they designed is fantastic. Ideal for a few days of rest, before or after the ascent of Chirripó. The hotel offers a delicious restaurant service. They also organized a cab to San Isidro. As icing on the cake, our room included the gift of a red wine that we enjoyed very much.

This was our favorite place to stay in our whole trip round various parts of Costa Rica. The gardens make for a gorgeous setting and a pleasant short walk. We saw agoutis, butterflies, giant toads and hummingbirds all within the premises, not to mention the beautiful flowers. The hosts are a family business who made us feel right at home and helped us with transfers to and from our other destinations. We had a spacious and comfortable apartment with a peaceful balcony with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was fantastic - the best gallo pinto we ate! Located very near the Chirripo national park office and nearby organic shop and cafe/bar Kapi Kapi Kapi (thoroughly worth a visit).

A relaxing gem, a perfect place to recuperate or prepare for long walks in the area
- A wonderful and relaxing cabin, ultra clean, with a comfortable bed, mini kitchen, spacious bathroom (and hot shower). Lots of thoughtful details in the cabin. Small terrace with hammock to enjoy.

The restaurant offers a great variety of meals. Home cooking very abundant and tasty, no need to go anywhere else! The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is one of the best you can get in Costa Rica
